I made these for lunch today and thought I would share because they are so simple, quick and above all…DELISH! I make these pizzas a lot for my family and they love it. I try to have the ingredients on hand because you never know when you will need to put a meal on the table in about ten minutes when there are hungry boys around!
First, a word about my choice of crust: Naan bread. Naan is an oven baked flatbread that is perfect for pizza toppings. I usually find it in the bread aisle of my grocery store.
EASY TEN MINUTE INDIVIDUAL PIZZAS
1 package Naan bread (you should have one piece of Naan for every person you are serving)
1 can Pizza Sauce (I feel like the application of pizza sauce is a personal preference so buy one can and but on as much or as little as you would like)
Mozzarella Cheese (I like cheese. Lots of cheese. But again this is a personal preference so use as much as you want. The amount will depend on how many pizzas you are making)
Toppings: pepperoni, sausage, chicken, pesto, sundried tomatoes…the options are endless.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Place two pieces of Naan on a cookie sheet. Spread on pizza sauce. Sprinkle cheese on top and then place your toppings.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
See what I mean? SOOOO EASY! Enjoy!!
