I’m baaaaaack. Well sort of. I’m sleep deprived and don’t have as much time for cooking as I would like but I have another healthy baby boy so it’s all worth it. This recipe is the result of a kind friend bringing me this dish right after we came home from the hospital and I loved it. She helped me reconstruct it so I could make it again so I thought I would share (with her permission of course!)
Who doesn’t love a good pasta salad recipe? One that you have in your arsenal for that picnic or potluck you need to bring something to. Or maybe you are having friends over for lunch and can’t think of what to make. Or, if you are my nice friend, you make it to bring to a new mom. Or you can just make it and hoard the whole thing for yourself. No judging either way!
