I love salmon. It’s just so yummy!! And I have cooked it a million different ways but this just might be my favorite because it is by far the easiest. You barely have to do a thing…I mean you don’t even have to preheat the oven.
Any amount of salmon (as a general rule I get a half pound a person)
Directions: place your salmon in an oven safe dish. Sprinkle with olive oil and then pepper and garlic salt to taste. Place in a cold oven and set to 400 degrees. Take salmon out 25 minutes later and check to make sure it is done. I ended up cooking mine for 30 minutes but it’s all going to depend on how thick your salmon is cut.
